The DB152S thru DB157S series are high current, glass passivated, molding single-phase bridge rectifiers designed for applications requiring reverse voltages from 100V to 1000V and a forward current of 1.5A. These rectifiers feature a plastic package with Underwriters Laboratory Flammability Classification 94V-0, high current capacity in a small package, glass passivated chip junctions for superior reliability, and excellent thermal conductivity.
