These rectifiers feature a glass passivated diode construction, high temperature soldering guaranteed at 260C for 10 seconds, and a compact design that saves space on printed circuit boards. They are designed for high reliability and are suitable for various electronic applications. Halogen free and RoHS compliant options are available.
