The ES3A thru ES3J series are super fast recovery rectifier diodes featuring a low profile package ideal for automated placement. With a glass passivated chip junction and super fast reverse recovery time, these diodes offer high forward surge capability. They are designed for high-frequency rectification in power supplies, inverters, converters, and as freewheeling diodes for consumer and telecommunication applications. The devices meet MSL level 1 per J-STD-0020 with a maximum peak reflow temperature of 260 C.
