• Q: Can I use this directly with my WiFi?

  • A: No, this is a ZigBee version. You must have a ZigBee Gateway/Hub (sold separately or included in our kit) to connect it to your phone.

• Q: Why should I buy this instead of a WiFi plug?

  • A: If you have many smart devices, WiFi plugs can slow down your internet. This ZigBee plug keeps your WiFi fast and offers a much more stable connection.

• Q: Does it work with Alexa?

  • A: Yes! Once connected to the gateway, you can link it to Alexa or Google Home for voice control just like any other smart device.

• Q: Will it block the other outlet?

  • A: No, the diameter is only 2.12 inches (53mm). You can easily plug two of them into a standard US duplex wall outlet.
