Qingdao Xinguangzheng Steel Structure Co., Ltd. was founded in 2002
and is located in Pingdu City, Qingdao, Shandong Province. It
covers an area of over 200 mu (approx. 13.3 hectares), employs more
than 1,000 people, and its products are sold in over 100 countries
and regions worldwide, serving over 10,000 customers. The company
was listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations
(NEEQ) in 2015.
Xinguangzheng continuously deepens its expertise in the steel
structure industry, forming an integrated system for steel
structure applications and equipment , centered aroundsteel
structures. The company holds numerous qualifications and
certifications, including: Grade I Professional Contracting
Qualification for Steel Structure Engineering; Grade
I Qualification as a China Steel Structure Manufacturing

has obtained an Engineering Design Qualification Certificate and
established an independent design institute. This institute
comprises a high-caliber professional team that covers multiple
fields, including planning, architecture, structure, electrical and
photovoltaic (PV) systems integration, interior design, BIM design,
engineering cost, and consulting services, providing full-lifecycle
technical support for project implementation. In the field of
technological innovation, Xinguangzheng has presided over or
participated in the drafting of multiple national and local

The company operates 12 professional steel structure production
lines. Each production line is equipped with advanced domestic
machinery including laser plate cutting machines,
intelligent profile cutting machines, intelligent profile scribing
machines, welding robots, laser tube cutting machines, large
bending machines, box girder automatic production lines, welded
H-beam production lines, automated assembly-welding-straightening
production lines, and automated spraying lines. Its annual
production capacity reaches 150,000 tons. The company has the
capability to process light steel structures, heavy steel
structures, large-span truss steel structures, bridge steel
structures, high-rise and super high-rise steel structures,
large equipment steel structures, and spatial steel structures.

It can greatly improve the manufacturing efficiency and accuracy of
products such as portal steel frames, H-steel reinforced plates, crane beams, H-steel main welds, platform beams,
roof beams, box column main welds (partial penetration, full penetration), and beam and column end plate
penetration welding (without root cleaning).
The automatic spray painting line can automatically identify the
model of surface paint on plates, sections, welded structural components, Angle steel, round pipes, etc. in the steel
structure industry, carry out automatic spraying and drying, and realize the automated spray painting work.
- Laser Plate Cutting Machine
A laser flat plate cutting machine is a device that uses a
high-energy laser beam to irradiate the surface of materials to achieve precise cutting. It has the advantages of high
precision, high efficiency and safety, and is suitable for cutting various metal materials.
- Section Steel Laser Cutting Machine
It is applicable to the precise cutting of various types of
profiles such as H-shaped hot-rolled steel, channel steel, Angle steel, square tubes and round tubes.
- Welding Straightening Machine
The assembly, welding and correction integrated machine is a device
that integrates assembly, welding and correction functions. It can achieve full automation from raw
materials to finished product output. This equipment adopts advanced mechanical and control systems, which can achieve
multi-functional, efficient and automated operation.
- CNC Flame Cutting Machine
It is used for drawing, programming, nesting, checking and CNC
cutting of parts of any shape. Increase the sheeting rate of steel and effectively save steel; Improve the
efficiency of programming, nesting and cutting work, and effectively enhance the production efficiency of cutting.
- Five Axis Laser Plate Cutting Machine
The 30,000-ton high-speed and high-power fiber laser cutting
machine can achieve the cutting of a maximum 45° bevel on a plane. Different types of bevels such as V-shaped,
X-shaped, Y-shaped, and K-shaped can be formed in one go, reducing the number of processes and providing
high-precision and high-efficiency blanking.
- Hybrid Oil-electric CNC Bending Machine
It is equipped with the UBB-800/8000D oil-electric hybrid CNC
bending machine. The CNC numerical control system adopts the Italian ESA S640 bending machine control system.
It is suitable for medium to large-sized sheet metal parts, featuring high precision and efficiency. It can handle
metal plates of various thicknesses and has the characteristics of energy conservation and environmental
protection.
