1.Internal Interlocking Structure & Precision Guidance: We utilize an internal slot-and-tenon (interlocking) design combined with a metal guide groove featuring anti-slip buckles. This is paired with an embedded ceramic configuration and integrated insulation for enhanced safety.

2.Precision-Machined Insulation Cavity: The built-in ceramic insulation cavity is manufactured using precision grinding technology and incorporates a thermistor positioning device, ensuring consistent and reliable performance across all production units.

3.Laser-Welded Metallized Ceramic Head: The ceramic body head is metalized via advanced ceramic metallization technology and is directly laser-welded to the ceramic insulator along with the aluminum shell. This guarantees a stable internal structure and delivers extremely high reliability without compromising the insulation or exterior appearance.

4.Safety (Class II Compliance): By utilizing ceramic metallization, a middle ceramic layer isolates the head from the insulation cavity. This design achieves insulation separation, complies with national 3C safety regulations (China Compulsory Certification), strengthens dielectric strength, and eliminates the need for a grounding wire.

5.Superior Thermal Conductivity & High-Temperature Resistance: We adopt aluminum-coated ceramic metallization to boost thermal conductivity. Combined with flat thermistors that increase the contact area, and using thermally conductive silicone adhesive that withstands long-term high temperatures up to 300°C, this design ensures excellent temperature sensitivity, consistency, and insulation reliability.

6.Compact & Cost-Effective Packaging: The cavity insulation packaging design significantly reduces the structural footprint, lowers production costs, improves manufacturing efficiency, and is fully compatible with automated production lines.
