Overview This production line manufactures thermal protection
silicone rubber heating belts — a flexible, high-performance
heating solution built from nickel-chromium alloy resistance wire
encased in insulating silicone rubber.
Engineered for high power density, rapid heat-up, high thermal
efficiency, and long service life, the finished belts are ideal for
both general constant-power heat tracing and dedicated heating
applications.
The silicone rubber heating belt offers excellent waterproof
performance, making it suitable for use in humid, non-explosive
industrial and laboratory environments — including pipelines,
tanks, and vessels. It wraps directly around the surface of the
equipment being heated, allowing for fast, simple, and safe
installation.

Production Line Process 1. Rubber Refining — Kneader → Open mixing
mill → Batch-off cooler 2. Extrusion — Resistance wire and rubber
are co-molded via extruder 3. Cutting & Stripping — Belt is cut to
fixed lengths; both ends are stripped by hand or machine to expose
the resistance wire 4. Vulcanization — Both ends are vulcanized
using a vulcanizing press for a sealed, durable finish
