3. Pneumatic feed mechanism: the machine tool adopts the "constant pressure grinding" technology, that is, in the tool grinding process, the tool always bears a constant air pressure, so that the grinding process is balanced and stable, and the overall grinding efficiency is high.

4. Auxiliary work: the tool approaches the grinding wheel, and the tool returns to the loading position after grinding. These two actions are fast forward and fast retreat through the pneumatic feed device, which can save the auxiliary time up to 70%.

5. Grinding head reciprocating servo swing: the servo motor realizes the reciprocating swing of the grinding wheel, and the range is randomly adjusted between 0 and 30 mm, so that the grinding wheel is evenly consumed, timely self-sharp, to ensure the grinding precision and roughness.

6. 7. Radial axial locking of grinding wheel: the radial locking technology of grinding wheel spindle makes the concave and convex phase of the two circular arc guide rail hold the brake tight, achieves the smooth contact without gap, and greatly enhances the rigidity of the equipment.The adjustment of the grinding wheel elevation (which determines the rear corner of the tool) does not change the position of the center line of the grinding wheel, so the coarse fine grinding does not need to adjust the grinding wheel height.

8. Grinding head lifting adjustment shaft: the grinding point vertical lifting device developed for non-standard tools (such as V-cut tool, dense tooth milling tool and tool front blade, etc.), lifting distance of ± 75cm, easy operation.
