feed device, which can save the auxiliary time up to 70%.
5. Grinding head reciprocating servo swing: the servo motor
realizes the reciprocating swing of the grinding wheel, and the
range is randomly adjusted between 0 and 30 mm, so that the
grinding wheel is evenly consumed, timely self-sharp, to ensure the
grinding precision and roughness.
6. Online CCD measurement: using optical microscope and CCD camera
amplification technology, magnification between 25~80, used for
alignment line is generated by software, after calibration as a
benchmark, ensure the alignment accuracy, make the machine can
accurately detect the sharp arc, Angle line and graphics import
function, non-standard tool alignment measurement.
7. Radial axial locking of grinding wheel: the radial locking
technology of grinding wheel spindle makes the concave and convex
phase of the two circular arc guide rail hold the brake tight,
achieves the smooth contact without gap, and greatly enhances the
rigidity of the equipment.The adjustment of the grinding wheel
elevation (which determines the rear corner of the tool) does not
change the position of the center line of the grinding wheel, so
the coarse fine grinding does not need to adjust the grinding wheel
height.
8. Grinding head lifting adjustment shaft: the grinding point
vertical lifting device developed for non-standard tools (such as
V-cut tool, dense tooth milling tool and tool front blade, etc.), lifting distance of ± 75cm, easy
operation.
