XSG Rotary Flash Dryer Machine High Efficiency High Output
Product Description
The XSG series rotary flash dryer uses hot air that enters tangentially at the bottom of the dryer, creating a powerful rotating airflow driven by an agitator. Pasty materials enter the dryer through a screw feeder, where they are dispersed by impact, friction, and shearing forces under the intense action of the high-speed rotating agitator. Lumpy materials are rapidly pulverized, ensuring full contact with the hot air for heating and drying.
The Dynamic Process Flow
Step 1: Intake & Vortex Induction
Hot air blasts tangentially into the bottom chamber, while a screw
feeder injects paste-like material. The internal agitator
immediately whips this into a powerful, rotating vortex.
Step 2: Rapid Dispersal & Pulverization
Mechanical forces (impact, friction, and shear) collide with the
material. Lumpy solids are instantly shattered into fine particles,
maximizing surface area for flash drying.
Step 3: Aerodynamic Classification
Dry, lightweight particles rise. A classifying ring acts as a
gatekeeper: small, finished particles pass through the center
toward the cyclone separator, while heavier, moist pieces are spun
back down by centrifugal force.
Step 4: Recovery & Recirculation
Fine product is captured by a dust collector. Anything too large or
wet falls back to the agitator for a second round of pulverization
and drying, ensuring zero waste and uniform moisture.

Inorganic Materials: Borax, calcium carbonate, hydroxides, copper sulfate, iron oxide, barium carbonate, antimony trioxide, various metal hydroxides, various heavy metal salts, synthetic cryolite, etc.
Foods: Soy protein, gelatinized starch, distiller's grains, wheat sugar, wheat starch, etc.
