The fully automatic transformer core cutting line is a highly integrated intelligent manufacturing system engineered
specifically for high-precision processing of electrical steel
laminations. Designed to meet the stringent demands of transformer
core production—where dimensional accuracy, geometric consistency,
and assembly precision are critical—the line supports a wide range
of core configurations, including step-lap designs, and integrates
advanced capabilities such as V-notch cutting and multi-position
punching.
At its core, the system employs a full-servo drive architecture: feeding, punching, and shearing operations are all executed by
high-response servo motors, synchronized in real time via a
high-performance PLC for sub-millisecond coordination. Operators
interact with the system through an industrial-grade touchscreen
HMI, enabling intuitive parameter setup, real-time monitoring, and
seamless operation—even for complex job profiles.
Upon completion of cutting, each lamination is precisely stacked in
sequence under servo-controlled positioning, ensuring neat, orderly
accumulation on the receiving platform. This automated stacking not
only safeguards material integrity but also streamlines downstream
assembly processes.
More than just a cutting solution, this line represents a
significant step toward intelligent, high-efficiency manufacturing
of transformer cores—delivering superior repeatability, yield, and
process reliability.
