The high-pressure roller mill, developed based on lamination crushing technology, is a benchmark equipment for non-ferrous metal mine crushing and oxidized pellet grinding. The core of the equipment is a pair of synchronously rotating roller systems (fixed roller + hydraulically adjustable movable roller), coupled with independent drive, adjustable feeding, and a three-level automatic control system (machine-side, on-site, and central control). Its energy consumption is far lower than traditional equipment, and it can directly process materials with a moisture content of ≤10%. The cemented carbide studded roller surface has a long service life of 7000–30000 hours. Under high pressure, it can enhance mineral dissociation, improve subsequent separation and recovery rates, and features a compact structure, low foundation investment, and low noise and vibration during operation.
The GM series high-pressure roller mill innovatively adopts technologies such as online replaceable studs, flexible shaft drive, and composite sealing, and is controlled by a PLC intelligent control system. The equipment has a maximum capacity of up to 1000 tons/hour, increasing system productivity by 30%–40%, reducing energy consumption by 20%–50% compared to traditional mills, and achieving an operating rate of over 95%.
