Product Description

ACEY-D300B is a high-efficiency double-sided spot welding system designed for factory production of cylindrical lithium battery packs in multi-parallel and multi-series configurations. It supports cell models including 14500, 18650, 21700, 26650, 32700, and 33140, and is widely applied in power tool batteries, balance and torsion vehicle batteries, energy storage systems, and electric scooter battery packs. Equipped with an 8000A DC inverter welding power supply, the machine delivers fast and stable welding performance, with a single weld time of ≤0.35 seconds depending on the selected welder. With a servo-driven welding head, production capacity can reach up to 2,500 cells per hour, meeting the demands of high-volume and consistent battery pack manufacturing.
