Structural Components
Feeding System
Automatic or manual feeding device evenly spreads materials to be
dried onto the mesh belt.
Mesh Belt
Constructed from stainless steel or alloy materials, resistant to
high temperatures and corrosion, ensuring material hygiene and
safety during the drying process.
Drying Chamber
The main body features a sealed structure with multiple hot air
circulation systems inside, ensuring uniform distribution of hot
air. Multiple layers of mesh belts can be installed within the
drying chamber to enhance drying efficiency.
Heating System
Select from electric, gas, or steam heating based on requirements,
ensuring rapid temperature rise.
Exhaust System
Equipped with fans and exhaust ports to promptly remove moisture
and maintain unobstructed airflow within the drying chamber.
Control System
PLC-based automatic control system enables precise regulation of
temperature, time, and mesh belt speed. Optional touchscreen
interface available.
Working Principle
The mesh belt dryer operates by conveying materials into the dryer
through the mesh belt system. Hot air is evenly distributed through
air ducts into the drying chamber, where it contacts the materials
and removes moisture. As materials move forward on the mesh belt,
they reach the required dryness level after a specific period and
are finally discharged through the output system.
