Introduction
The triaxial MEMS gyroscopes detect angular motion of the carrier, while the triaxial MEMS accelerometers measure linear acceleration. The system incorporates comprehensive temperature compensation for zero bias, scale factor, and inter-axis non-orthogonal errors, with software-adjustable internal low-pass cutoff frequency. These features ensure sustained high measurement accuracy across the full temperature range of -40℃ to 85℃, even under rapid temperature changes (≤1℃/min).
The LKF-HH3001 supports flexible software configurations to meet diverse user requirements. With an output data rate (ODR) of 1000Hz and a measurement delay of only 7ms, it delivers real-time motion data capture, maximizing adaptability to high-dynamic application scenarios.
