Powered by high-speed digital load cells and intelligent combination algorithms, each weighing head calculates the optimal weight combination within milliseconds, achieving excellent accuracy with minimal giveaway even at high production speeds. The smooth vibration feeding system ensures stable material flow and consistent weighing performance for both single-type nuts and multi-component mixed nut products.

The modular structure and PLC intelligent control system allow seamless integration with vertical form-fill-seal machines, premade pouch packing machines, jar / bottle filling lines, and downstream checkweighers and metal detectors, forming a fully automatic nut packaging line.
