PLC Control 100 Ton Pressure Hydraulic Plate Vulcanizing Press with Push-Pull Device

The machine is mainly used for vulcanizing various rubber products. The plunger of the machine rises under the action of the working fluid pressure, and the plunger falls (i.e. the hot plate opens) by the hot plate, platform and the plunger's own weight, driving the working fluid to flow back to the oil storage tank to achieve the purpose of falling (i.e. opening). The combined oil pump of vulcanization machine is the power source of the machine, which supplies the working fluid with a certain pressure. Vulcanizing machine working fluid through the control valve into the cylinder, the control handle to different positions, the plate vulcanizing machine plunger can rise or fall.
