Key Functions & Benefits
Temporary Reinforcement
Enhances bearing capacity of temporary roadbeds and construction
sites, allowing construction machinery and vehicles to operate
without ground sinking or instability.
Layer Separation
Effectively isolates temporary road surfaces (gravel or soil) from
underlying soil, preventing material mixing and maintaining
structural integrity under vehicle traffic.
Erosion Control & Drainage
Provides temporary erosion protection against rainwater during
construction while facilitating quick water drainage to prevent
site waterlogging and maintain dry working conditions.
Lightweight & Efficient
Easy to handle and install, significantly reducing construction
time and labor costs while improving overall project efficiency.
Application Scenarios
- Temporary roadbed construction for machinery and material transport
- Construction site separation layers for maintaining clean work
areas
- Temporary erosion control on construction slopes
- Drainage layers for construction pits and groundwater management
- Soil protection for exposed areas, soil piles, and foundation pits
- New mine construction and existing mine renovation projects
Installation Guidelines
Laying Procedure
Lay geotextile flat on prepared surface with 10-15cm overlaps
between adjacent sections to ensure continuous coverage. For
temporary roads, cover with 5-10cm thick gravel layer after
installation.
Handling Precautions
Avoid dragging or rough handling during installation to prevent
fiber damage. Do not use in areas with open flames or high
temperatures due to polypropylene's flammable nature.
Load Management
Ensure temporary roads and construction sites do not exceed
designed load capacities. Replace damaged geotextile immediately to
maintain construction safety.
End-of-Life Management
After temporary construction completion, undamaged geotextile can
be recycled. Otherwise, dispose according to environmental
regulations and local waste management policies.
This temporary geotextile solution is optimized for cost-effective,
short-term mining construction applications with easy installation
and removal capabilities.
