SG-2F Explosion proof Vibration Sensor - Industrial High Sensitivity Vibration Probe

The SG-2F Explosion-proof Vibration Sensor is a high-sensitivity industrial vibration probe engineered for real-time online monitoring of rotating machinery, boasting an integrated explosion-proof design that ensures safe and reliable operation in flammable and explosive hazardous industrial environments. Featuring a wide frequency response range of 10～1000Hz and an optional measuring range of 0~10/20/50/100mm/s for vibration velocity or 0-5g/10g/20g for acceleration, it delivers ultra-high measurement accuracy with an error of less than ±5% F.S and a resolution of 0.1mm/s, capable of capturing tiny vibration changes and identifying potential equipment faults in advance such as bearing wear, cracking, unbalance and misalignment. Adopting a two-wire system with a standard 4～20mA current output, this compact and robust sensor is easy to install with M8/M10 thread or magnetic base options, and it can be directly connected to PLC, DCS and other industrial control systems for seamless data transmission and integration. Its excellent environmental adaptability allows stable work in harsh industrial conditions, and it is widely applied to vibration measurement and real-time monitoring of various key rotating equipment including fans, steam turbine units, generators, centrifuges and compressors, effectively preventing equipment damage caused by abnormal operation, reducing unplanned downtime and maintenance costs, and providing a reliable safety guarantee for the stable and efficient operation of industrial production lines.
