Brake Power Supply and Drive:
Converts the elevator control circuit's input power (e.g., AC 220V) to the operating voltage required by the brake coil (commonly DC 110V/220V), and provides sufficient drive current to ensure reliable brake engagement and release.

Supports a "strong excitation engagement + holding current" mode for the brake. High current ensures rapid action during engagement, while reduced current saves energy and extends coil life during holding.

Precise Timing Control and Logic Linkage: Receives commands from the main control system and strictly controls the brake opening and closing sequence according to the elevator's operating status (start, deceleration, stop, maintenance) to prevent accidents such as slippage, overshooting, and bottoming out.

Interlocks with door locks, safety circuits, frequency converters, and other components, allowing brake release only when all safety conditions are met, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.

Status Monitoring and Fault Protection: Real-time monitoring of brake coil current, voltage, temperature, and contact status. Feedback signals determine if the brake is operating normally. In case of abnormality, the brake power supply is immediately cut off and system protection is triggered (e.g., emergency braking, fault alarm).

Features overcurrent, overvoltage, short circuit, and overheat protection functions to prevent damage to the module and brake coil, improving system reliability.
