The CQA800 fully automatic PET strap winder integrates an automatic film wrapping device - a rare feature that automatically wraps protective film around finished packages after winding. When packages reach the set outer diameter, the machine automatically applies several film layers, then the integrated transport system removes wrapped packages while new winding tubes feed automatically from the sleeve magazine. This enables continuous, fully automatic operation without manual intervention.
The machine supports winding with or without paper cores. With central recipe management, it quickly switches between different PET strap widths (9-32 mm) and thicknesses.
