VMC650 vertical machining center is engineered with FEA mechanical simulation for robust, optimized cast-iron structure. It is ideal for plate-type, disc-type, shell-type precision components and mold manufacturing.
Equipped with automatic tool changer, full-enclosed safety
guarding, auto lubrication & cooling system, handheld MPG unit.
Workpieces can complete multi-operation processing including
milling, boring, drilling, reaming and tapping in one single
clamping. Features high automation, reliable performance, simple
operation and convenient maintenance.
Machine main structural parts (bed, worktable, saddle, column, spindle box) are made of high-strength HT300 cast iron, with complete stress-relief heat treatment to guarantee long-term rigidity and stability.
