1. Base Material Cutting: HT300 cast iron casting / Q355 steel plate cutting, with thickened and reinforced bottom ribs to ensure resistance to deformation.
2. Artificial Aging Treatment: High-temperature stress relief eliminates casting/welding internal stress, preventing warping and deformation of the worktable during later use, which is crucial for long-term precision stability.
3. CNC Five-Sided Milling: Top surface + four sides are machined in one operation, ensuring hole spacing tolerance ±0.05mm and working surface perpendicularity ≤0.1mm/200mm.
4. Ion Nitriding: 0.25-0.5mm nitrided surface layer, hardness HV550-950; anti-weld slag adhesion, wear-resistant and rust-proof.
5. Precision Inspection: Laser tracker / coordinate measuring machine for flatness and hole position accuracy inspection, with a measurement protocol provided. Inspection reports are provided with export orders.
