1. Welding System
The system is equipped with high-quality Aotai welding power sources and supports MIG, MAG, TIG, and other welding processes to accommodate horizontal, vertical, circumferential, and longitudinal welding applications. Adjustable welding current and voltage parameters enable the equipment to process a broad range of material grades and thicknesses while maintaining stable arc performance and excellent weld quality. Operators can precisely optimize welding parameters according to specific material characteristics and production conditions.

High-performance Apollo welding torches are integrated with a complete range of auxiliary components, including wire feeding systems, contact tips, and associated consumables. 2. Intelligent Recognition and Data Conversion
The system integrates advanced intelligent recognition and data conversion technologies. It can automatically identify essential welding information, including weld positions, groove configurations, and joint characteristics, from engineering drawings and process documentation. The extracted information is automatically converted into executable robotic welding programs within approximately 30 seconds. Multiple data transmission methods, including Ethernet communication and USB connectivity, are supported to enable rapid and convenient program file import.
