Jiaxing Jinsanta Silk Knitting Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Jiaxin Silk Corp., is located in Building 22, Jiaxin Silk Industrial Park, Zhejiang Province. With a history dating back to 1926, the company pioneered mulberry silk weft knitted fabrics in the 1970s, and its plain silk products were awarded the Ministerial-Grade Excellent Product title, a testament to its early excellence in silk manufacturing.

Since its establishment in 1926, Jinsanta has undergone three distinct stages of development over 93 years until 2019, evolving into a leading silk knitting enterprise with integrated capabilities.

1. First Phase (until the early 21st century): Transforming from a single silk reeling enterprise into a National Second-Class Enterprise with China’s largest integrated mulberry silk production line. The company successfully developed silk knitting fabrics and built a comprehensive production chain covering silk reeling, silk knitting, dyeing, and garment manufacturing, operating under the name Jiaxing Silk Reeling & Knitting United Factory.
2. Second Phase (2001): The enterprise underwent restructuring and was fully acquired by Jiaxin Silk Corp., becoming a joint-stock subsidiary of Jiaxin Silk. It was then renamed Zhejiang Jiaxin Jinsanta Silk Knitting Co., Ltd.
3. Third Phase (2016): A major transformation in production and operation took place, leading to the current name – Jiaxing Jinsanta Silk Knitting Co., Ltd.

The company’s knitting garments are mainly sold to international markets including Japan, the United States, Denmark, the United Kingdom, and Hong Kong (China), with export-oriented operations supplemented by domestic trade. Its fabric portfolio focuses on silk and wool products, with independent R&D achievements including spandex-free high-elastic tubular fabrics and high-count wool circular knitting fabrics. The company boasts an annual garment production capacity of 1 million pieces and an annual output of 100 tons of various silk or blended fabrics.
