The Centralized Cooling Distribution Unit (CDU) integrates a high-efficiency plate heat exchanger, circulation pumps, sensors and intelligent control system. It separates the facility cooling water circuit from the IT equipment cooling loop, delivering stable coolant temperature, pressure and flow for optimal performance and safety.
Stainless steel plate heat exchanger provides excellent thermal performance and low energy consumption.
Dual pump configuration and N+1 redundancy option for maximum reliability and continuous operation.
Cooling capacity, piping interfaces, installation structure and control functions can be customized to project requirements.
Optional PLC + HMI, real-time monitoring of temperature, flow, pressure and water quality. Supports Modbus TCP, BACnet, SNMP and more.
Optional online deionization and filtration systems to maintain coolant quality and extend equipment life.
Leakage detection, over-temperature protection, low-flow alarm and multiple safeguards.
