This QNTP-KIS1 fully automatic small can tea filling and sealing machine is a high-end intelligent packaging device tailored for small-can tea packaging, perfectly suitable for scented tea, health tea, black tea, green tea and various granular tea products. Integrating automatic can feeding, filling, film placing, sealing and cup discharging in one machine, it realizes fully unmanned automatic packaging, greatly improving production efficiency for tea processing factories.

Built with premium 304 stainless steel overall and high-quality acid and aluminum-resistant molds, the machine features excellent rust resistance, corrosion resistance and hygienic performance. Adopting intelligent induction control, the equipment supports automatic filling and sealing only when cans are in place, with no-can no-filling and no-can no-sealing function, effectively avoiding material waste and packaging errors. It offers two efficient production modes: 600 cans per hour for single-outlet and 1200 cans per hour for double-outlet, balancing high precision and high productivity.

With a compact dimension of 1100*1100*1650mm and a net weight of 300kg, the machine is easy to install and occupy less space. It works stably under 110V/220V 50-60Hz power supply and 0.6-0.8MPa working air pressure. Compatible with conveyor belt connection for streamlined production, it is a cost-effective, long-lasting and high-stability packaging solution for tea manufacturers.

It can complete all processes such as automatic canning, automatic filling, automatic sealing, and automatic canning.

Details:

1. Automatic tank feeding

Place the cup on the bottle sorting machine, and the machine will automatically suck the jar into the aluminum resistant mold.

2. Aluminum acid resistant mold

Ensure longer service life, rust free, and safer and more hygienic.

3. Automatic filling

When the jar reaches the filling position, the machine senses the cup and automatically fills it without the need for manual control of the switch. No cup no filling.

4. Automatic film placement

After the filling is completed, the cup or box runs to the film placement position, and the machine senses the cup and automatically places the film. If there are no cups, they will not be placed.

5. Automatic sealing

After filling the tea leaves and placing the film, it runs to the sealing position, and the machine senses and automatically seals.

6. Automatic cup dispensing

All processes have been completed, the product has been finished, and it will be automatically taken out of the machine. It can also be combined with a conveyor belt to directly transfer the cup to the conveyor belt and proceed to the next step.
