Product Overview

The Broadcom AFBR-452xZ duplex connectors are designed for use with the Broadcom fast Ethernet transceiver AFBR-5972xZ. Their rugged design features a latching mechanism for increased retention force and a simple snap-together concept that saves labor and tool costs. Made of rugged, flame-retardant plastic, these connectors are suitable for industrial and other harsh environments. The AFBR-452xZ duplex connectors are exclusively for use with plastic optical fiber (POF). For POF termination with AFBR-452xZ, the polishing kit AFBR-4594Z is recommended.
