The LC Field Connector offers an easy system to upgrade from a standard to an environmental LC connector. It is sealed against fluids and dust (IP68), shock, and vibration proof. No cabling operation is required in the field, and no tools are needed for installation (except for 1.6mm and 2mm zipcord cable). With the patented RJStop system, a standard LC patchcord can be used in a metallic plug, protecting it from shocks, dust, and fluids, eliminating hazardous on-field cabling.
