Downtime is the cost nobody quotes on a purchase order. A leak test station that is difficult to open, that hides its vacuum pump behind fixed panels, or that has to be partially dismantled for a routine filter change will spend more hours out of service than it should. The HongCe HC-HLT-M2 answers that problem with structure rather than with promises.
The machine is assembled from independent functional units: the detection module, the vacuum module, the fixture module and the control module. Each unit has its own connections and can be removed and replaced on its own, so a fault in one area does not take the whole station out of production.
Front and side doors open without tools, exposing filters, seals, valves and the vacuum pump for inspection. Routine items are reachable from the front of the cabinet, which means an operator can complete a filter change or a seal check standing in one place.
