Main Test Items

1. 1. Hand brake performance test: Apply preset gripping force automatically; measure braking force, braking distance and lever travel. Support continuous or intermittent braking tests.
   2. Coaster brake performance test: Simulate backward pedal movement to test braking capacity and the relationship between pedal force and braking force.
   3. Brake fatigue durability test: Repeat hand brake / coaster brake actuation cycles to verify long-term reliability of brake assemblies.
   4. Braking efficiency test: Load weights to simulate rider mass, brake the wheel at specified linear speed and calculate braking efficiency.
   5. Brake lever strength and coaster brake overload test: Evaluate structural resistance to damage.

Machine Structure

1. 1. Main frame: Aluminium profile + steel base with mobile casters, fixture for whole bicycle mounting
   2. Hand brake actuator: Vertical pneumatic gripper to clamp brake lever and apply gripping force
   3. Coaster brake driving mechanism: Actuate pedals to trigger backward pedal braking
   4. Weight loading assembly: Simulate rider weight
   5. Wheel supporting & driving system: Rotate wheel to required test speed
   6. Independent electric control cabinet: Touch screen, force value display, parameter setting and data export
