The FFS series connectors are miniature, surface-mountable (SMT) connectors designed for high-density packaging. With a low profile of only 2.8mm, they offer a secure and reliable connection for FFCs. The double-leaf contact design ensures high contact pressure, preventing fretting corrosion and maintaining spring force even in adverse conditions. Low insertion force facilitates easy connection, while a simple snap-in action secures the FFC. These connectors are supplied on embossed tape for automatic mounting and feature reinforcing solder tabs to prevent lifting during mating and unmating. Compliant with RoHS.
