Product Overview

The D.FL75 Series 75 Micro Coaxial Connector is designed to support 12G-SDI applications. It features a compact design for high-density applications and ensures reliable signal transmission.

Usage Precautions

1. Plugs: Mating/Unmating

• To disconnect, use the extraction tool (D.FL75-LP-N) under the connector flange and pull perpendicularly. Do not pull the cable.
• When mating, align the axes and insert perpendicular to the receptacle. Avoid angled insertion.

2. Plugs: Tolerable load to a cable after mating

• Do not apply forces exceeding specified values after mating to prevent disconnection or deformation.
• Avoid lifting the cable after the plug is mated to prevent the plug from coming off.
• Pay attention to wiring that can bend the cable.
• For short products (100mm) or when axial load/movement is expected, press a cushion material (10N) against the back of the plug.

3. Receptacles: Recommended reflow temperature profile

• Lead-free paste solder temperature profile: Max temp < 250C, time < 10 seconds. Preheating time < 60 seconds, soldering time < 50 seconds.
• Temperatures are measured at the PCB surface near terminals.
• Profile may vary based on external conditions.

4. Receptacles: Recommended metal mask thickness

0.1mm - 0.12mm

5. Receptacles: Reflow cycles

Maximum of 2 cycles

6. Operating Environment and Storage Conditions

• Operation environment: Avoid excessive fine particles, dust, high concentrations of sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, nitrogen dioxide, and drastic temperature changes.
• Storage conditions: Store in original packaging or similar. Temperature: -10 to +40C, Humidity: 85%. Recommended use within six months. Products stored beyond this period require testing for mounting and solderability.
