Product Overview
The RT series heavy-duty single acting pneumatic actuator is a fork type high torque spring reset pneumatic drive device, specially developed for large-diameter, high resistance industrial air doors, baffle doors, and cut-off butterfly valves; Adopting a split type dual cylinder structure, the left large capacity main cylinder provides opening and closing power, and the right independent spring energy storage chamber realizes automatic reset in case of gas loss. The whole machine is pre installed with a complete set of solenoid valves, limit switches, and gas source processing components. The factory gas pipeline is fully assembled, and it is mainly used for heavy-duty flue gas baffle equipment in boiler flues and desulfurization and denitrification systems of thermal power plants.

Structural Composition
1. Main drive cylinder
The left side of the high-pressure cylinder body is thickened and thickened, and the cylinder head is locked with large fastening bolts. The cylinder body has strong rigidity and excellent compressive performance, and can withstand the impact of high-pressure gas sources; The overall red anti-corrosion paint is resistant to high temperature smoke and dust corrosion, suitable for harsh working conditions in power plants.

2. Fork type reduction gearbox
The intermediate transmission chamber is equipped with a roller fork transmission mechanism, which has the characteristic of amplifying the torque at the end of the stroke, and can overcome the huge opening and closing resistance caused by flue ash accumulation, high temperature jamming, and medium pressure difference; Multiple sets of fastening bolts are reserved in the box for easy disassembly and maintenance.

3. Spring reset chamber
The independent cylinder on the right end is a spring energy storage chamber, which is equipped with multiple sets of high-strength compression springs; When the gas source is disconnected and the pipeline is depressurized, the spring releases its thrust and drives the valve back to the preset safe position, meeting the safety interlock specifications of the power plant flue system.

4. Top integrated gas path system
Equipped with solenoid valves, travel limit switches, filter pressure reducing valves, stainless steel connecting pipelines, and a well-organized gas path layout; All electronic control components have been pre installed, and only the gas source and control line need to be connected on site to put them into operation, eliminating the assembly process of scattered accessories.
