The DF Series Five-Face Turning-Milling Full-Function CNC Machine is a high-rigidity compound machining solution that integrates the functions of a vertical lathe, vertical machining center, and horizontal machining center in one machine. It is designed for face turning, heavy-duty face milling, drilling, side milling, side drilling, and multi-face compound machining of complex parts.
Compared with traditional separated machining processes, the DF series can reduce workpiece transfer, repeated clamping, and alignment time. It helps save labor, maintain machining accuracy, and improve production efficiency.
The machine adopts a wide-column structure, moving-column Y-axis, compact turning-milling B-axis, oversized motorized work spindle, and disc-type tool magazine. With strong milling capability and ample tool positions, it is suitable for complex parts requiring multiple machining processes in one clamping.
The DF series is especially suitable for flange parts, disc parts, valve components, pump parts, gearbox housings, bearing seats, precision mechanical parts, and medium-sized complex components.
