The A02 Automatic 2-Speed Internal Gear Hub is a maintenance-free mechanical shifting series for urban e-bikes, shared city bicycles and light mobility platforms. It is designed to make daily riding simpler by shifting automatically between two gear ratios inside the rear hub, without requiring a handlebar shifter or gear cable for normal riding.

The A02 series uses CentriGear mechanical shifting technology. Based on centrifugal-force triggering and planetary gear operation, the hub changes between a 1.00 starting ratio and a 1.33 cruising ratio as riding conditions change. This gives riders an easier start at low speed and a more efficient cruising feel once the bicycle is moving.
