Features and Advantages The AC electric dynamometer is a new type of powertrain loading and testing system based on four-quadrant AC asynchronous motor speed and torque control technology. It represents an advanced method for powertrain loading and driving, with the capability for full localization of all components. Independently developed and designed, these AC electric dynamometers offer a wide range of specifications: supply voltages from 220V to 6000V, power ratings from 3kW to 6000kW, single-unit torque up to 50,000 Nm, and speeds up to 15,000 rpm (with stable operation at speeds as low as 0.01 rpm). They currently rank among the most powerful electric dynamometers in China in terms of single-unit torque and power capacity.

Excellent Performance Characteristics 1.In constant speed mode, the electric dynamometer features a motoring/back-driving function. 2.In constant torque mode, the electric dynamometer features a dynamometer loading function. 3.During dynamometer loading, energy generated by the electric dynamometer can be fed directly back into the grid or dissipated via a braking chopper resistor.
