Description:

VMC1160 4-axis vertical CNC machining center is a high-rigidity, medium-large vertical machining center equipped with a 4th-axis rotary table, supporting X/Y/Z linear axes plus rotary axis linkage machining.

The machine adopts high-strength cast iron main body with optimized rib structure and aging treatment to guarantee long-term stable precision. X/Y/Z axes travel: 1100×600×600 mm, fitted with precision linear guides and high-precision ball screws for fast feed and excellent vibration resistance. It comes with BT40 high-torque spindle (standard 8000rpm) and automatic tool changer (24T arm-type tool magazine).

Supported with FANUC, Mitsubishi, GSK CNC systems. The 4th rotary axis enables 360° workpiece indexing and multi-angle contour machining. It integrates milling, drilling, boring, tapping, chamfering and contour machining, completing multi-sided complex machining in a single clamping, reducing repeated fixture setup and improving dimensional consistency.

It can process aluminum alloy, steel, stainless steel, cast iron, copper and other metal materials, suitable for both heavy cutting and precision finishing.
