Description:
This vertical vacuum induction graphitization furnace adopts mature
IGBT power modulation technology. It can offer stable ultra-high
temperature performance and effectively cut down power consumption,
well fitting all kinds of rigorous high-temperature thermal
processing of new materials.
The vertical structural design brings better temperature uniformity
inside the furnace and expands the effective working volume
compared with traditional horizontal furnaces. It can guarantee
stable and consistent processing quality for large-batch materials.
This equipment is professionally customized for advanced material
deep processing, mainly used for high-purity graphitization
treatment of carbon fiber, carbon matrix composite materials and
other high-performance new materials with strict thermal treatment
standards.
Combined with high-precision vacuum induction heating system and
intelligent temperature closed-loop control system, the furnace
