The upper slanted aluminum fin heat sink conducts heat for high-power chips, preventing ECU shutdown caused by overheating inside the high-temperature engine compartment of natural gas vehicles. The lower sealed main control housing achieves waterproof & dustproof isolation to separate heat dissipation and environmental protection functions.
Gold-plated pins resist oxidation, oil, water and moisture. Perfect for dusty, rainy mining areas, long-haul highways and mountainous roads. Effectively avoid false fault codes, sudden stalling and rough idle caused by poor contact.
Equipped with polyurethane shock-absorbing bushings to offset high-frequency engine vibration. Prevent PCB solder joint detachment and chip cold solder joints under harsh bumpy heavy-load driving conditions.
The internal circuit board is fully encapsulated with epoxy resin for water, oil and condensation resistance. Protect circuit boards from mud splash and hot steam inside the engine compartment to extend service life.
