We are the original manufacturer of warehouse storage equipment. Backed by more than 15 years of production experience, we design and manufacture pallet racking, industrial shelving, mezzanine floors, cantilever racks, and customized storage solutions for customers across different industries.

2. Where are your products manufactured?

Production is carried out at our factory in Nanjing, China. From steel processing and welding to powder coating and final inspection, every process is completed under our own quality management system.

3. How soon can you deliver an order?

Standard products are generally ready for shipment within 20 working days. For large-volume orders or customized projects, the production schedule will be confirmed after reviewing the technical requirements and order quantity.

4. Which shipping terms do you support?

Our quotations are commonly offered on EXW and FOB terms. Depending on your destination and logistics requirements, CFR, CIF, DDP, and other Incoterms are also available.

5. Can you manufacture custom-designed racking?

Yes. OEM and ODM projects are welcome. Whether you provide engineering drawings, warehouse layouts, or loading requirements, our engineering team can develop a solution tailored to your project.

6. Which materials are available?

Industrial storage systems are primarily fabricated from premium structural steel to ensure strength and durability. For commercial display applications, materials such as wood, tempered glass, acrylic, stainless steel, or aluminum profiles can also be incorporated according to the desired appearance.

7. What is the difference between a starter bay and an add-on bay?

A starter bay is a complete freestanding section supplied with two upright frames. An add-on bay connects directly to the previous section and shares one upright frame, requiring only one additional upright. This modular design minimizes material costs while allowing the racking system to be expanded efficiently whenever additional storage capacity is needed.

8. How are the products prepared for shipping?

All components are supplied in knock-down form to maximize container utilization and reduce transportation costs. Steel parts are individually protected with PE film, bubble wrap, or similar protective materials before being packed in reinforced export cartons. Customized packaging, including plywood cases, wooden crates, palletized packing, barcode labels, and private labeling, can also be arranged upon request.
