PP Strap Production Line Single Screw Featuring Durable Components for Long Lasting Plastic Strap Extrusion Performance

This standard PP strapping band production line is a fully automatic single-screw extrusion equipment designed for continuous mass production of high-strength polypropylene packing straps. Widely applied in packaging, logistics distribution and industrial bundling industries, the equipment delivers stable product quality with precise dimensional tolerance control for finished straps.

The unit adopts a high-output single-screw extruder with customized screw and barrel assembly, which ensures sufficient plasticization and homogenization of PP raw materials. The complete production line consists of automatic feeding system, extrusion die head, water cooling tank, drying unit, double-stage preheating & stretching mechanism, embossing device and multiple auto winding machines. The whole line is centrally linked and controlled by PLC touchscreen system, which guarantees stable operation and high continuous production efficiency.

It supports both virgin PP pellets and recycled PP scraps as raw materials, and color masterbatch can be added to produce customized colored straps. The finished strap width covers 5~19mm, thickness adjustable from 0.3mm to 1.3mm, which meets large-volume packaging demands from multiple sectors.
