General Information

Transformer DC winding resistance is a required test item for the factory test, installation, overhaul, change of tap switch, handover test and preventive test of power department. It can check the welding quality of the winding joints and whether there is a short-circuit between the windings. It can detect whether the contact of each position of the voltage tap switch is good, and whether the actual position of the tap switch is consistent with the indicated position, whether there is a fracture of the lead wire, whether there is a broken strand of multi-strand wire and winding.
