IAI SCON-CA-60I-NP-2-2 is a single-axis position controller for a matching IAI servo actuator or RoboCylinder system. This configuration uses NP NPN sink-type parallel I/O and is intended for machines in which a PLC selects stored positions, starts actuator movement and monitors completion, operating and alarm signals through discrete wiring.

Record the existing PLC wiring and confirm whether the machine uses NPN sink-type signals. An NP controller must not be replaced with a PN or network version without reviewing the PLC circuit and control program.

Verify the exact actuator model, 60I configuration, controller power supply, connectors, firmware and option codes. Similar SCON-C or SCON-CB models may require different wiring, settings or compatibility checks.
