Product Process

1. Lofting
Including checking the installation size and hole distance of the drawings, checking the size of each part, and producing sample as blanking, bending, milling, planing, hole making and other processing basis.
2. Marketing material
Including checking materials, drawing cutting, milling, planing, drilling and other processing positions on the material, punching and marking part number, etc. Marking material should pay attention to the following problems: according to the ingredients list and sample for nesting, to save materials as far as possible; Should be conducive to cutting and ensure the quality of parts; When the process is specified, the material shall be taken according to the regulations.
3. Cutting blanking
Including oxygen cutting (gas cutting), plasma cutting and other high temperature heat source methods and the use of machine cutting and sawing and other mechanical methods.
4. Correction
Including mechanical correction and flame correction of steel straightening machine.
5. Edge and end processing
The methods are shovel edge, planing edge, milling edge, carbon arc air gouging, semi-automatic and automatic gas cutting machine, groove machining, etc.

6. Hole making

Including rivet hole, ordinary connecting bolt hole, high strength bolt hole, anchor bolt hole, etc.

Packaging And Shipping

Our packaging and transportation methods are customized to meet the specific requirements of each product. Typically, we utilize pallets for packaging, and we also offer the option of bulk shipment, then loaded into shipping containers. These containerswill be transported to the port. We follow FOB or CIF trade terms to ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods to our customers.

Product Installtion

Before installation, we will send detailed construction drawings and installation videos to customers to guide the installation online.
If the customer has a need, we can also send construction management personnel to the customer's country to guide the installation offline, which is negotiable.

Installation of prefabricated steel structure building:
1. Foudation construction (pre-embedded anchor bolts), detail need to according to the foundation construction drawing;
2. Column installation
One worker commands truck crane how to move, 3 ~ 4 workers cooperate with crane to install the steel column, put column to anchor bolt location;
3. Beam installation
After completing the installation of adjacent two steel column, then main beam begin to install.
4. Installing roof & wall purlin
The roof and wall purlin will be installed after finishing column and beam. Bolting the purlin on the main structure.
5. Fixing wall and roof sheet
To fix the wall sheet on wall purlin by self-tapping screw; then fix the roof sheet;
6. Fixing the cover
To install the cover on the corner, eave, window and door opening;
7. Install PVC windows and sandwich panel slidng doors.
