The profile cutting section is equipped with an automatic loading laser cutting machine, improving the production efficiency and processing accuracy. It is furnished with a large shot blasting machine with an opening of 2500mm×3200mm and a cleaning length of 33,000mm, which can perform integral shot blasting for various crane beam boxes, effectively eliminating internal stress and improving paint adhesion. Supported by intelligent equipment such as multiple welding robots, it empowers customers with automation upgrades, efficient material handling and safe production through robust technologies.
