Produced from food-grade virgin polyester chips without any recycled impurities, this fiber features uniform molecular structure, consistent denier and stable mechanical properties. Compared with recycled PSF, it greatly reduces end breakage, neps and quality fluctuation in production.
The 15 denier coarse fiber provides excellent rigidity and load-bearing capacity, making it especially suitable for products that require structural support and shape retention. Finished materials maintain dimensional stability under long-term compression, impact and heavy load.
The two-dimensional crimp structure delivers reliable interlocking force between fibers. In the carding process, fibers distribute evenly to form a smooth, uniform web with few thin spots and broken ends, improving overall strength and surface quality.
