I. Equipment Purpose
1.This equipment is a dedicated CNC bending machine designed for air conditioner condensers.
2.It adopts a full servo CNC control system.
3.It is suitable for copper-tube and aluminum-fin type condenser cores used in air-conditioning heat exchangers.
4.The machine bends straight condenser cores into an L-shape, meeting the compact assembly layout requirements of French-style air conditioners.
5.It complies with the production process requirements of French air conditioner manufacturers and is integrated into the production line for outdoor unit heat exchangers.
6.The entire machine meets EU CE safety standards and is adapted to French industrial electrical specifications.
