I. Equipment Purpose and Working Principle
This machine is a fully automatic U/L-type condenser bending and forming equipment specially designed for air conditioner heat exchanger production lines. It is used to automatically bend straight copper-tube aluminum-fin condenser cores into U-shape, L-shape, or UL composite shapes, meeting the compact assembly process requirements of Thai air conditioner outdoor units. The whole machine is adapted to Thailand's industrial power grid and high-temperature workshop environment, satisfying the automated production needs of Southeast Asian air conditioner manufacturers.
