Each pouch is built on a metallized composite laminate — combining a high-barrier metallized layer with structural polymers to deliver moisture, oxygen, and light protection without the rigidity of full aluminum foil. The result: a flexible, lightweight pouch that still shields sensitive contents from external degradation.

Thickness is tuned to your application between 80-150 μm. Thinner gauges reduce material cost and weight for lightweight dry goods; heavier gauges provide puncture resistance and structural rigidity for heavier contents or rough supply chains.

Metallization delivers a meaningful improvement over transparent barrier coatings:

• Reduces light transmission to near zero — protecting photo-sensitive contents (coffee, botanicals, vitamins)
